Tripod at the Arc de Triomphe! by Jae-Cheol Park

I thought, at first, to only write stuff about the french speaking steampunk community. Then I saw this piece and I thought it would be nice to gather here creations that are set in France by people from all over the world.

So today, let me introduce you to Korean concept artist Jae-Cheol Park. It seems that this artwork is the only one he has set in Paris. You can see the Arc de Triomphe (at the end of the Champs Elysées) with a War of the World-like tripod attached to its side (or is it shaping the monument ?).

I really like the depiction of the passers-by painted in a typical XiXth century style.
